Bank of Clarendon's Sumter Office Open for Business The official opening of Bank of Clarendon's new Sumter loan production office was held 10:30 a.m. Friday at 678 Bultman Drive. Members of the Greater Sumter Chamber of Commerce, local dignitaries, bank staff and guests helped to cut the ribbon for the opening. The bank 's board of directors held its annual strategic planning meeting in the new office immediately after the ribbon cutting. The new Sumter office is focusing on commercial and real estate lending, although the branch intends to build a full-service commercial bank with an emphasis on commercial and consumer lending and deposit relationships in the near future. The bank's Sumter branch is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 678 Bultman Drive. For more information, call (803) 774-0156. |
